Our office will be closed for staff training on 04/24/24 from 12:30pm to 2:00pm, as we work on education and training to better serve you. The phones and office will reopen at 2pm.

Our phone hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Case Participants will be connected to a Customer Service Rep, who will answer the questions or forward it to the assigned worker. Leave a detailed and clear Voice Mail if you would like your call returned. The calls are answered in the order in which they are received; therefore, you may experience longer hold times while we assist other participants. It may take up to 3 business days for workers to return a call.
