We strive to accomplish this mission by offering assistance in establishing parentage, establishing support orders, locating parents, monitoring and modifying support obligations, and connecting parents to sustainable employment. Q&A with the Dane County Child Support Office
Meet with staff of the Dane County Child Support Office to assist you with questions about your child support.

The TouchPay Kiosk provides a quick and worry-free option for child support payments with cash and credit/ debit Cards.
Kiosk is available 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri and is located in the Dane County City County Building Lobby, 210 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Madison WI.
Cash payment fees are $3 for payments up to $100 and an additional $2 per $100. A 2.95% fee is charged for credit card payments.

Dane County Child Support staff will be at the Job Center the First Monday of the Month 12:00 - 4:30
Please contact the Court Commissioner Center at (608) 283-4821 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to provide a phone number where you may be reached. At the designated date and time on your hearing notice, the Court will call you to appear for the hearing. Failure to provide the court with a valid phone number may lead to the Court proceeding without your input.
Please be aware that an agent of the Child Support Agency may call you at some point before the hearing to try and resolve the matter.

Genetic testing Hours are Tue, Wed, Thurs from 10:00-2:00. Walk in’s accepted daily.
How to Check on Payment Status
The State of Wisconsin has created several outstanding resources to check on your child support payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That is why Dane County Child Support no longer provides payment information over the phone. Please use one of the listed payment resources available to you to manage your account balances, court order summary and payments made or received.
