Dane County Child Support Agency Mission Statement
The Dane County Child Support Agency’s mission is to empower parents to provide for their children, strengthen families, and build community. We strive to accomplish this mission by offering assistance in establishing parentage, establishing support orders, locating parents, monitoring and modifying support obligations, and connecting parents to sustainable employment. We are committed to providing professional, respectful, inclusive, and equitable services that promote family self-sufficiency, as well as financial and social well-being.
Please excuse our construction!
For the next few months, the City County building will be undergoing construction to replace most of its windows. During your visit to the Child Support Agency, there will most likely be loud noise that may be disruptive. If any child support business can be conducted by telephone or through our website, we encourage using these methods until construction is complete. Continue to check back on our website or Facebook for status updates. Thank you!
The TouchPay Kiosk provides a quick and worry-free option for child support payments.
Kiosk is available 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri in the Dane County City County Building Lobby, 210 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Madison WI.

Not everyone is aware of the child support program and the services we provide. That’s why the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement created an informational video to share with parents and partners. It looks at the most common child support services that parents will typically use and provides general advice to ensure the process goes smoothly.
